At Global Times, we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, returns, and cancellations are processed for both watch purchases and repair services. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Cancellation & Refunds
A. Cancellation of Watch Repairs
- Repair orders may be canceled within 48 hours of placing the order, provided the repair process has not already begun.
- A full refund will be issued for cancellations made within the allowed timeframe.
- If the repair has already started, a partial refund may be granted depending on the progress of the service.
B. Cancellation of Product Purchases
- Orders for new watches or accessories can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if the item has not been shipped.
- Once an item has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you may initiate a return as outlined in the Returns & Refunds section.
2. Refunds for Watch Repairs
Refunds for watch repair services are provided in the following cases:
- If the repair was not completed to the agreed-upon specifications.
- If the watch is returned in worse condition than it was received.
- Refunds are not applicable for:
A. Diagnostic fees (if applicable).
B. Issues unrelated to the agreed repair scope.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the repaired watch.
3. Returns & Refunds for Products
A. Eligible Products
We accept returns for eligible items under the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original, unused condition, with all packaging, tags, and accessories included.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
B. Ineligible Products
- Customized or engraved watches are not eligible for returns or refunds unless the item is defective.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
C. Process for Returns
- Contact us at support@globaltimes.com to initiate a return.
- Once the return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the product back to us.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds for returned products will be processed within 7-10 business days after the item has been received and inspected.
4. Items Damaged During Shipment
If your watch or product arrives damaged:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@globaltimes.com with photos of the damage and your order details.
- We will provide a replacement or a refund after verifying the claim.
- Keep all original packaging, as it may be required for claims with the shipping carrier.
5. Warranty on Repairs
All repairs performed by Global Times are covered by a 90-day warranty. If the same issue reoccurs during this period:
- Contact us immediately to arrange a re-evaluation.
- If the issue falls under the warranty, we will provide additional repairs at no cost.
- The warranty does not cover new damage or issues unrelated to the initial repair.
6. Non-Refundable Fees
The following fees are non-refundable:
- Diagnostic fees for determining the repair scope.
- Shipping fees for returned or exchanged products, unless the fault is ours.
7. Exclusions
Refunds, returns, and repairs are not applicable under the following circumstances:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling of the watch.
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications performed by third parties.
- Minor imperfections that do not affect the functionality of the watch (e.g., scratches, slight discoloration).
